How to get involved...

Since launching Regenerative Confluence online community in Spring 2023, it's been emerging into a space that is bringing together different communities of practice, in a way which is integrative and healing centred.

In Nature the so-called edge effect is what we observe at the boundaries between different systems, whether that's the wildflowers and funghi growing at the edges of a pathway, or the diversity of ecosystems and organisms thriving in tidal zones, to the abundance of life at the confluence of different ocean currents.

Drawing on the edge effect to enrich learning allows for inter-generational learning and exchange of wisdom, the breaking down of artificial barriers, and the capacity for creative disruption.

Where to Start?

For just £22.00 per month, Regenerative Confluence offers an annual cycle of twice-monthly learning events each focused on a particular dimension of regenerative practice  - relationship, purpose and approach. Alongside these regular sessions, you can also access guest and member-led sessions tailored to support you and add value to your practice.

Our shared values centre around an exploration of:

 - what sustains genuine HEALTH for ourselves, in community, environmentally...

 - what enables HEALING as a key pivot from degenerative to regenerative dynamics in the world...

- what brings HOPE, in terms of creativity of approaches, innovative ways of being and doing that show a different way is possible.

We are part of a bigger confluence of regeneratives, healers, elders who are all coming together at this time, to play our part. We recognise and value our many sources of diversity as part of the 'edge effect' that contributes to creative new expressions of life.

In addition, As a member of this community, you can also access discounted programmes supporting regenerative presence and practice.

We are now welcoming new members! Just sign up for your monthly subscription here.

For Regeneratives

You have a clear calling to make a positive difference in the world through applying Nature-based approaches, and creatively redesigning the rules of engagement.

You may be working in a solo-initiative, in community, in an organisation, as an entrepreneur or intrapreneur, possibly in specific areas of regeneration such as agriculture, healthcare, education, manufacturing, design or finance.  You are committed to visioning and supporting a new narrative for humanity and our relationship with all of life.

You naturally value creativity as a source of inspiration, and are helping to bring into being new systems and processes for a regenerative, thrivable economy.

Agile and community-based ways of adding to your skills and knowledge is incredibly important for you - the landscape is ever-changing. So also is having spaces to slow down, making regular time for personal reflection and healing.

For Healers

You are engaged in your own healing and integration process, as well as supporting that for others, possibly working with a range of different modalities that could include embodiment, nature-based approaches, Way of Council, ceremony, social and environmental justice, constellations, peace and reconciliation work, wellbeing practices, circadian rhythm, diet and exercise, sound healing.... the list goes on!

You are increasingly bringing healing approaches and presence into different contexts, whether in community or in organisations. You may be working with systems in decline and needing to face and let go of the legacies of the past. Or you may be supporting the evolution of healthy and healing culture and behaviours within newer organisations who may have regenerative purpose, but are struggling to express that in their relationships.

It's important to be coming together beyond the boundaries of the particular modalities we work with, and to express the bigger picture of healing that is wanting to happen at this time.

For Elders

Your role as an Elder weaves together life experience and wisdom as well as ancestral and indigenous ways of knowing that links us to our deep, shared history, and to the Earth.

Age per se is not a qualifier to show up as an Elder, but rather the capacity for deep integration of many challenges, experiences and sources of knowing - with perspective, compassion, presence - you can feel when you are in the presence of an Elder, whether they are young or old.

Elders have had to learn to face their shadow and transcend the ego, they must speak the uncomfortable truths that we need to confront, but with love, and for our greatest and highest good.

For many of us, we have lost contact with the rites of passage that usher in our journey to Elderhood, and we are learning to rediscover it together. Equally the context demands that we do not simply repeat what worked in the past; today's Elders hold a critical space in supporting continuity with our humanity, whilst tuning in, individually and collectively to tap into sources of wisdom to navigate our way through.
